Joshua D. Taggatz is a trial attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice where he provides legal representation to a wide range of clients ranging from individuals to major corporations. Josh primarily handles real estate disputes involving commercial leasing, construction, evictions, purchase and sale transactions, easements, and condominiums. He works with his clients to gain an understanding of their specific objectives in order to develop legal strategies to efficiently resolve disputes and meet those objectives.
Josh works collaboratively with Reinhart’s Real Estate attorneys to combine his litigation and procedural knowledge with the expertise of Reinhart’s Real Estate team. This collaborative approach strengthens his clients’ position in real estate and property-related cases.
Josh also has experience representing hospices in Medicare and Medicaid audits. Josh works to challenge overpayment determinations and protect hospices against adverse governmental determinations.
Proficient with both state and federal procedure, Josh provides creative solutions to complex legal issues. Josh also offers proactive legal assistance to ensure his clients avoid similar disputes in the future. Recognizing the financial cost and time investment of litigation, Josh helps clients to reach cost-effective resolutions to their disputes, and his clients appreciate his responsive, efficient approach.
