Joshua E. Kreisler

Joshua Kreisler is an associate in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he works with developers, investors and lenders to help them structure, negotiate and close complex real estate transactions. Known for his insightful yet pragmatic approach, Josh helps clients navigate complex real estate matters by providing thoughtful, actionable counsel.

While earning his undergraduate degree in agriculture and working as a Congressional Staff Assistant in Washington, D.C., Josh developed a keen interest in the legal issues surrounding land use, ultimately leading him to pursue a career in real estate law. Josh leverages this background to provide a unique perspective on property matters and business considerations that inform real estate transactions.

During law school, Josh was active with the Marquette Law Review and Marquette Sports Law Review. He also served as a legal intern with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys running, walking his dog and cheering on Kansas City sports teams.
