Jordan Jozwik is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Practice, where she focuses on counseling clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes in the privacy and consumer finance spaces.

As a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence teams, Jordan is skilled in state, federal and international privacy compliance, ensuring that clients are well prepared to navigate the ever-evolving network of applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA, GLBA, COPPA, GDPR and PIPEDA. She assists clients in everything from developing privacy policies and procedures that efficiently safeguard information assets to deploying compliant AI and machine learning applications to managing incident response in the event of a data breach.

As a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Practice, Jordan guides clients through the myriad of state and federal laws and regulations governing consumer protection and consumer finance. She focuses on building effective licensing plans for direct and indirect lenders in all 50 states, tailoring solutions to precisely fit each client’s unique requirements, executing such plans with ongoing support throughout the licensing process, and coordinating with regulators regarding applications, renewals and exams. Beyond licensing, she offers guidance to clients regarding contract, policy, and privacy matters particular to the consumer finance field.

Alongside her compliance practice, Jordan also advises clients on general corporate matters such as entity formation and commercial contracting.

In her free time, Jordan likes exploring new hiking spots around southeastern Wisconsin with her dogs, reading and writing short stories, and catching live music at the Rave in Milwaukee.
