As a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Practices, Jordan is skilled in state, federal, and international privacy compliance, ensuring that clients are well prepared to navigate the ever-evolving network of applicable privacy laws, including the CCPA, GLBA, COPPA, GDPR and PIPEDA. She advises clients in all related matters, from developing privacy policies and procedures that efficiently safeguard information assets, to managing incident response processes in the event of a security incident.

As a member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Practice, Jordan guides clients through the myriad of state and federal laws and regulations governing consumer protection and consumer finance. She focuses on building effective licensing plans for direct and indirect lenders in all 50 states, tailoring solutions to precisely fit each client’s unique requirements, and providing ongoing support throughout the licensing process on applications, renewals and exams.
