Jeremy Andereck

Jeremy Andereck leverages his competitive nature, creative thinking and communication skills in his role with Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice. He advises clients on commercial acquisitions/financing, sales, leases and development projects as well as tax-deferred exchanges and tax credit and tax increment financing transactions.

His approach is always organized and pragmatic, with an eye for staying on-budget and on-schedule. He works with commercial developers, investors, small businesses and individuals, offering ideas and solutions to help his clients make informed decisions.

Jeremy’s Midwest working-class upbringing and previous career as a public relations professional give him an “always go the extra mile” work ethic and excellent communication skills. He focuses on building relationships with all parties involved in a transaction and thinking critically to develop effective strategies. He especially enjoys the shared experience of helping a client successfully close a big project or deal.

Jeremy is a state-certified real estate instructor and presents continuing education courses at conferences for commercial real estate brokers. In his free time, he enjoys making and listening to music, playing tennis and basketball and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams such as the Packers, Bucks and Brewers. He and his partner live in the south suburbs of Milwaukee with their rescue puppy, Zoey.
