Jeff Roeske is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice and a member of the firm’s Commercial and Competition Law Group, a cross-disciplinary team of corporate and litigation attorneys. His proactive approach to all matters centers on helping clients capitalize on opportunities, anticipate issues and avoid unnecessary risk.

Jeff reviews contracts on behalf of clients and represents them in contract dispute litigation. His experience includes evaluating franchise agreements and disclosures, analyzing agreements on supply chain issues and handling commercial contract disputes. During the pandemic, Jeff advised clients on proactively navigating supply chain issues. He is also active in white collar litigation, assisting with the oversight of complex regulatory issues and answering claims from government agencies.

Clients find Jeff to be exceptionally detail-oriented, organized and focused; he handles their matters carefully and efficiently for the best possible outcomes.

Jeff brings a unique background and perspective to his litigation work, as he is a former National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and earned a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. Jeff thrives in a competitive environment, understands how businesses work and has a knack for knowing when to act.

In his free time, he loves watching and playing sports, is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling and exploring new cities with his family.
