John F. Howard

John (Jack) Howard brings a sharp eye for detail and well-honed communications skills to bear for his clients as an attorney in Reinhart’s Health Care Law Practice. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and employment agreements, reviews contracts and assists with licensing and compliance issues.

In this very dynamic and highly regulated area of law, Jack understands the implications of both state and federal regulations and helps clients achieve their goals in cost-effective ways. He also advises 501(c)(3) companies with structure and governance work and handles general business law matters. Clients find him approachable and responsive, willing to listen and find creative ways to tackle challenges.

Jack enjoys helping his clients see their hard work pay off and values collaboration with colleagues at the firm to achieve the best possible solutions to each situation.

Before joining Reinhart, Jack served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Pamela Pepper at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He also worked as a fundraiser at Marquette University before and during law school.

Away from the office, Jack enjoys cooking (especially grilling), traveling, spending time with his wife and dog, and being an avid football fan.
