- Emily Rose Hagan
Emily Hagan is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where she focuses on due diligence through the review of company records and documents. She also drafts contracts and conducts extensive research relating to specialized loans, such as through the Paycheck Protection Program.
Emily’s practice focuses heavily on consumer finance, where she reviews complex regulations that apply to various types of entities. Working alongside other Reinhart attorneys, Emily regularly counsels clients with multi-state operations, ensuring regulatory compliance for every state in which they do business.
Emily understands the importance of involving clients in the process of resolving their matter or concern. Her “clients first” approach is most evident in her commitment to making legal concepts accessible and comprehensible to clients as she seeks out the answers to their questions and problems.
During her time in law school, Emily served as a research assistant to Professor Sheldon Kurtz and participated in the Appellate Advocacy program. She also volunteered as a legal intern at Prairie State Legal Services and, later, at Kids First Law Center through the Citizen Lawyer Program.
