- Emilie K. Rohde
Emilie Rohde is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where she partners with clients to develop and achieve their strategic goals through thoughtful, practical legal solutions. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, internal management and brand development, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.
Emilie takes a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to each matter, ensuring clients receive efficient and business-minded counsel tailored to their objectives. Her experience includes preparing and finalizing asset, stock, ownership interest and real estate purchase agreements, handling due diligence and disclosure schedules for business sales, and managing organizational documents for new corporations and LLCs, including corporate consents, bylaws and operating agreements.
Clients value Emilie’s deep understanding of their business. She speaks their language, grasps their day-to-day challenges and aligns with their goals. They also appreciate her talent for translating complex legal jargon into clear, actionable insights. Emilie is passionate about working with businesses to develop and grow long term and finds it deeply rewarding to support her clients in achieving their goals and celebrating their successes.
Before joining Reinhart, Emilie practiced as a corporate associate at Midwest-based law firm, where she counseled clients in corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, entity formation and governance and compliance matters.
Outside of the office, Emilie enjoys reading as well as spending time with family, friends and her two adopted cats.
