  3. Danielle E. Marocchi

Danielle Marocchi is part of Reinhart’s Litigation Practice, where she works alongside a team of highly experienced trial attorneys. The unpredictable nature of the litigation practice brings out her strengths in proactively spotting potential issues and providing knowledgeable, confident support to her clients.

Danielle represents clients in a wide variety of matters, including ERISA and employee benefits-related litigation matters, such as plan benefit disputes, subrogation matters, and collection matters. She also represents clients in matters concerning product liability claims, insurance coverage, trade secret misappropriation, and health care matters, including defending clients against allegations of Medicare and Medicaid related offenses. She is also an active member of Reinhart’s pro bono program, having represented clients in post-disposition appellate proceedings.

Danielle began her career at Reinhart during law school, allowing her to gain practical experience prior to beginning her practice. She also worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and as a law clerk for a Waukesha-area general practice law firm. In addition, she served as a student mediator for the Milwaukee County Small Claims Court.

Danielle is passionate about animal welfare issues, supporting rescue organizations and volunteering with her local humane society. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and menagerie of pets, as well as exploring her Italian heritage and cooking.
