Daniel D. Daubert

Dan Daubert is a skilled attorney in the consumer finance space with unique perspective and extensive knowledge gleaned from decades of experience. His clients rely on him to navigate ever-changing state and federal laws and regulations and to provide cost-effective counsel that helps keep their businesses moving forward.

As a shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice and co-leader of its Consumer Finance Team, Dan assists finance companies, businesses extending credit to customers and loan servicing companies with licensing, compliance and general corporate matters. He works on related due diligence and with lenders making loans where the collateral will be finance contracts. Dan also provides legal services to closely held businesses.

Dan enjoys collaborating with his clients as business experts, often working closely with business owners and in-house counsel to develop creative solutions to challenging problems and opportunities. He is also dedicated to mentoring talented young attorneys who share his passion for the law.
