Collin Weyers is a corporate attorney who excels in thinking long-term and big picture to drive results for clients. He adds value by keeping clients’ strategic and financial objectives in mind while working tirelessly to identify and counsel clients on latent opportunities and risks.

He represents private equity firms and other investors as well as public and closely held businesses in strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, investments and debt and equity-based financings. Collin has significant experience managing these transactions with emerging growth and middle-market businesses across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology and software.

Collin also assists clients with day-to-day commercial, governance and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on emerging legal issues such as data privacy and security and pandemic-related legislation. As part of Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Group, he loves helping businesses navigate new legal challenges by providing thoughtful and pragmatic counsel.

Away from the office, Collin enjoys following premier league soccer, listening to indie music and getting outdoors with his wife and dog.
