Christopher M. Hruska

Christopher Hruska is a pragmatic, solutions-oriented shareholder in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice. He assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation, security offerings and general corporate governance. Chris truly “owns” his clients’ concerns, helping them navigate supply chain issues, software licensing, commercial contracting, distribution and more in pursuit of their ultimate goals.

He works with a wide range of businesses, including technology-based startups, where he drafts organization and investment documents and commercial contracts.

With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, Chris works well in team settings and can successfully lead or support projects through successful completion. He’s a responsive strategic adviser who collaborates with clients to balance business and legal issues for best outcomes.

Chris is active with the Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest, presenting and providing legal advice to winners as they launch their businesses. He was a competitive swimmer in high school and college and currently enjoys participating in a masters swimming group.
