- Christine McLinn
Christine McLinn is a registered patent attorney in Reinhart’s Intellectual Property Practice, where she counsels clients on strategies to protect their ideas and innovations.
Christi’s B.S. in biomedical engineering with a concentration in biomechanics gives her a unique understanding of a wide range of client technology. This background, combined with her communication skills and warm personality, helps her make deep connections with clients that lead to stronger patent strategy. Christi excels in working with government agencies and helping clients make decisions regarding how and when it makes sense to pursue patents.
Her holistic approach involves developing a thorough understanding of the client’s overall business goals beyond intellectual property issues. She thrives on the constant challenge and variety in this area of law.
During law school, Christi was a lead online editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review, a member of the Women Law Students Organization, and participated in a veterans law practicum where she worked on a case file pending before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She also served as a legal intern for an aerospace company where she collaborated with outside patent counsel.
Christi is an enthusiastic sports fan, cheering on the Green Bay Packers. She enjoys any game or activity where she can hone her competition skills, including trivia contests.
