Charlotte Siegel is an associate in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where she works with developers, investors and lenders to help them structure, negotiate and close complex real estate transactions efficiently and strategically. She advises clients on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures, and brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to each matter.
Clients value Charlotte’s responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to navigate intricate deal structures with clarity and precision. She collaborates closely with clients and colleagues across disciplines to ensure transactions align with broader business objectives while managing risk and advancing project goals.
Prior to joining Reinhart, Charlotte practiced in the real estate group at a New York-based law firm, where she worked on institutional transactions involving multifamily, hospitality and mixed-use assets, as well as private fund formations and compliance matters.
Outside of the office, Charlotte enjoys traveling, downhill skiing and rooting on the Green Bay Packers.
