Caitlin P. Sharma

Caitlin Sharma is an associate in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance Practice, where she assists clients with commercial lending matters, advises community banks and offers support for other business issues, including data privacy. Caitlin is dedicated to providing clear, practical guidance that is well aligned with her clients’ overall business objectives.

She collaborates with clients to understand their goals and turn complex legal concepts into accessible, actionable advice. Through comprehensive research and sharp analytics, she helps clients make informed decisions with confidence.

During law school, Caitlin completed Vanderbilt’s Law and Business Certificate Program and served as a research assistant supporting updates to Professor Morgan Ricks’Networks, Platforms, and Utilities casebook. She was also symposium editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.

Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys knitting, crocheting, working out, cooking and exploring new restaurants.
