Brenda Lindsay is a paralegal in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, providing comprehensive support on matters related to corporate governance, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and annual corporate maintenance.
Her many years of experience have given Brenda an understanding of complex processes, including emerging business entity formation and transactional post-closing matters.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys riding her bike and playing handbells.
