Brady L. Brown is an attorney in Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, where he works collaboratively with business owners and management, counseling them on a range of matters to help meet their goals, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, entity formation and general corporate governance.

Whether structuring complex transactions or drafting day-to-day commercial agreements, Brady applies his extensive knowledge of corporate law to provide pragmatic solutions tailored to each client’s business needs.

A natural problem-solver who enjoys tackling complicated legal issues, Brady draws on his experience managing business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions in a variety of sectors and of all sizes, with enterprise values ranging from $1 million to $2.7 billion, to help ensure that each client achieves its desired outcome.

Outside of work, Brady enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Milwaukee Bucks.
