Bennett E. Choice

Ben Choice has more than 30 years’ experience as a pragmatic and solutions-oriented employee benefits attorney. He is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice, which is one of the largest in the United States. He represents Taft-Hartley multiemployer pension and health plan clients and Boards of Trustees both regionally and nationally, primarily in the retail food and building trades industries.

Ben enjoys collaborating with clients on creative solutions and efficiently moving matters to the finish line. He helps clients with ERISA and fiduciary issues, regulatory compliance (including the Affordable Care Act and Pension Protection Act), withdrawal liability matters, hiring and contracting with vendors, DOL and IRS audits and any related litigation needs. Ben’s nationwide practice helps him stay abreast of best practices, and he is knowledgeable in the full spectrum of employee benefit matters.

Ben frequently presents at conferences including the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
