Angela Flor Feliciano

Angela Flor Feliciano is an attorney in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance Practice, where she assists clients, borrowers and lenders on transactions that range in complexity, performing research and conducting due diligence for regulatory compliance. Angela understands that each client’s situation is different and applies critical listening to inform creative solutions. Bringing a fresh set of eyes to client matters, she always looks for ways to improve documents and documentation. In her work with borrowers and lenders, Angela draws upon fluency in both sides of a transaction to help with deal negotiations.

During Law School, Angela worked as a translator between attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients at the Marquette Volunteer Civil Clinic, was a legal intern at Legal Action of Wisconsin, and was a summer associate at Reinhart. She also clerked at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

A Milwaukee native who is actively engaged with her community, Angela enjoys exploring her city, attending concerts and cheering on the Bucks.
