Andrew O. Christianson

Andy Christianson is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Institutional Investor Services, Employee Benefits and Corporate Law practices, who is known for his ability to partner with clients to achieve creative and effective solutions. He is a trusted adviser to domestic and non-U.S. governmental pension plans, insurance companies, family offices and nonprofits. He regularly counsels his clients on structuring and negotiating private equity, hedge fund and alternative investments. Andy also provides practical and actionable guidance to institutional investors in private investment funds, including various asset classes, co-investment transactions and fund-of-one formations. Andy also advises institutional investors and corporate clients on transactional and compliance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and corporate governance.
