Amy Ruhl is a managing shareholder of Reinhart’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, where she focuses on efficiently completing complex commercial real estate projects for her clients. She advises on every aspect of the development process of real property, including land acquisition, negotiation with governmental entities regarding infrastructure documentation, construction and permanent financing, and the leasing and disposition of assets.

Amy’s nationwide practice is primarily focused on industrial developments, mixed-use projects, multifamily projects, condominium formation and affordable housing projects. She assists clients with construction and permanent financing and regularly issues local counsel real estate opinions with respect to the enforceability of loan documents.

Amy effectively and assertively negotiates on behalf of her clients to attain their goals. She’s very communicative, practical and detail-oriented, and she enjoys the complex, fast-paced nature of development projects.

In her free time, Amy loves spending time with her family, is passionate about animals, and loves to read, cook and golf.
