Ambar Cornelio is an attorney in the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice and advises on retirement plans for Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans. She offers intuitive counsel on matters such as qualified domestic relations orders as well as defined contribution pension plans and critical documents such as powers of attorney. As a collaborative counselor, Ambar works closely with clients and colleagues to develop innovative strategies to advance her clients’ best interests.

Ambar is dedicated to building strong client relationships based on trust, reliability and exceptional service. Her meticulous approach ensures timely and effective solutions that frequently exceed expectations. Her clients look to her to solve complex problems practically and this is reflected in her passion for tackling every issue with creativity and efficiency.

During law school, Ambar served as Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and was a member of its diversity committee. She also served as a legal extern at gener8tor,  a clinical law student at the Guardianship Family Court Clinic and a summer associate for Legal Action of Wisconsin, Inc.

Away from the office, Ambar enjoys traveling, playing the piano and painting.
