Amanda Klein is a paralegal in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice, assisting with qualified retirement plans and matters concerning Taft-Hartley multiemployer, corporate and government clients. She also serves Reinhart's Institutional Investor Services Practice, preparing legal documents relating to private market investments for institutional investor clients.

As a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist with over two decades of legal experience, Amanda offers comprehensive and detail-oriented support, from amending and restating qualified plans to correcting plan operational defects and legal compliance failures. Her ability to find creative solutions allows her to adapt to an ever-changing legal landscape and create tangible value for the clients she serves.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, paddleboarding and attending live music events.

  • Assists clients in a range of retirement plan issues, including U.S. Department of Labor audits, amending and restating qualified plans, preparing administrative forms and notices, drafting policies and procedures, and correcting plan operational defects and legal compliance failures
  • Assists with preparation of legal documents in connection with private market investments made by institutional investor clients
