In the corporate finance area, Bill's practice includes representation of financial institutions in the full range of middle market financings including syndicated loans, asset based financings, term and revolving credits, portfolio purchases of tax exempt bonds and negotiation of complex intercreditor agreements with second lien and mezzanine lenders and the representation of corporate borrowers in acquisition, expansion and working capital financings and related derivative transactions.

Bill's public financing matters include serving as bond counsel in conduit financing and other structured finance bond issuances as well as the representation of underwriters, borrowers and other financing participants.

Clients appreciate his dedication to their needs, and his ability to assist clients with financing solutions is demonstrated in his work serving as bond counsel on the first letter of credit supported tax exempt bond transaction in the State of Wisconsin as well as his involvement in the representation of multi-site hospital organizations to finance the development of new hospitals.
