William F. Flynn is  of counsel in Reinhart's Banking and Finance Practice and represents financial institutions, borrowers and other participants in a wide range of corporate and public finance transactions. Bill works with clients to develop, structure, negotiate and close innovative transactions to fulfill their financing needs. He currently focuses his practice on financing transactions for nonprofit organizations in the health care, housing and higher education sectors. Bill values the importance of providing the highest quality client service.

In the corporate finance area, Bill's practice includes representation of financial institutions in the full range of middle market financings including syndicated loans, asset based financings, term and revolving credits, portfolio purchases of tax exempt bonds and negotiation of complex intercreditor agreements with second lien and mezzanine lenders and the representation of corporate borrowers in acquisition, expansion and working capital financings and related derivative transactions.

Bill's public financing matters include serving as bond counsel in conduit financing and other structured finance bond issuances as well as the representation of underwriters, borrowers and other financing participants.

One of the hallmarks to his success is the stress he places upon innovation, creativity, and his commitment to client service. Clients appreciate his dedication to their needs, and his ability to assist clients with financing solutions is demonstrated in his work serving as bond counsel on the first letter of credit supported tax exempt bond transaction in the State of Wisconsin as well as his involvement in the representation of multi-site hospital organizations to finance the development of new hospitals.

In addition to his legal practice, Bill has authored several articles on banking law and tax-exempt financing topics. Bill primarily serves clients in the following areas:
