Lucas N. Roe

As a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, Lucas Roe partners with his clients to solve problems and remove barriers to progress in a collaborative approach. Lucas has extensive experience advising clients in all aspects of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, construction, leasing, joint ventures, tax-deferred (1031) exchanges, public-private partnerships and work-out situations. His nationwide practice includes providing strategic advice to clients ranging from publicly traded corporations to individual real estate investors. As a member of the Real Estate Financing Team, Lucas routinely represents borrowers in connection with financing insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

As part of his land use, entitlements and zoning practice, Lucas assists breweries, brewpubs, restaurants and other retailers in connection with alcohol licensing in the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of the National Association of Licensing and Compliance Professionals.

Lucas invests in the community by serving as Chair of the Emerging Leadership Board of the UW Carbone Cancer Center. He enjoys spending time outdoors and taking family vacations in national parks.
