As a shareholder in and former chair of Reinhart’s Corporate Law Practice, Larry Burnett is truly dedicated to knowing his clients’ businesses so he can offer the best mix of experience and perspective in pursuing their goals. He counsels closely held business clients on a wide range of issues, especially mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Larry’s breadth of experience enables him to offer unparalleled representation on corporate finance matters with a well-honed ability to identify and solve capital needs problems. 

For the majority of his clients, Larry functions as a member of their senior management team, fully invested in helping them realize their potential and capitalize on their businesses. In addition to more traditional industrial and service companies, he has an extensive knowledge of financial products and technology companies. 

Larry regularly structures exceptionally creative deals, helping his clients achieve their business goals with maximum financial efficiency and minimal legal and business headaches. While clients appreciate his professional yet personal demeanor, many say that it is his sense of humor that makes working with him such an enjoyable and memorable experience. 

Larry is an avid reader and enjoys cycling, running and volunteering at the Marquette Legal Clinic.
