MILWAUKEE – Twelve new associates have joined Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart). Ten are located in Reinhart's Milwaukee office, one in the firm's Madison office and one in the firm's Rockford office.

Milwaukee

Hana Cho is an attorney in Reinhart's Corporate Law Practice. She is also a member of the firm's Diversity Committee. During law school, Cho was a law clerk in the firm's Corporate Practice and a Reinhart summer associate in 2014 and 2015. She was also a Supplemental Success Leader, where she advised first‑year law students on tactics for success in law school, and an Academic Success Program Leader, where she provided teaching assistance in a first-year torts course. Additionally, Cho was a legal volunteer at the Domestic Violence Injunction Hearings in Milwaukee.

Cho earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her B.A. from the University of California-San Diego.

Benjamin B. Genzer is an attorney in Reinhart's Tax Practice. Genzer was a 2015 Reinhart summer associate. During law school, Genzer served as a student attorney for the Duke Community Enterprise Clinic. His work included advising small businesses and assisting local organizations in gaining tax-exempt status. Genzer also worked as an intern for the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, where he represented low-income clients on employment law matters.

Genzer earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Christopher M. Hruska is an attorney in the firm's Corporate Law Practice. Hruska was a 2015 Reinhart summer associate. During law school, he was a judicial intern with the late Justice N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Hruska held a three year position in quality assurance with a health care software corporation.

Hruska earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Katherine R. Kratcha is an attorney in the firm's Employee Benefits Practice. She was a 2015 Reinhart summer associate. During law school, Kratcha was a Clinical Student at the Family Court Clinic in Madison. Under attorney supervision, she represented clients with a variety of family law issues at all stages in the litigation process. Kratcha also drafted motions and memoranda, and performed discovery and hearing preparation.

Kratcha earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kilian P. Murphy is an attorney in the firm's Real Estate Practice.  Murphy was a 2015 Reinhart summer associate. During law school, he was a judicial extern at the Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California. Murphy also advised early‑stage companies through his work at the UW Law and Entrepreneurship Clinic and Madworks Seed Accelerator.

Murphy earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. from Carleton College.

Andrew L. Otto is an attorney in Reinhart’s Trusts and Estates Practice. Prior to joining Reinhart, Otto clerked at a boutique corporate and estate planning firm in Milwaukee. During law school, Otto was a research assistant for Professor Vada Lindsey and a clerk/intern with the District II Court of Appeals in Waukesha. Additionally, he was chief justice of the Marquette Law School Moot Court Executive Board.

Otto earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from Grinnell College

Jeffrey D. Roeske is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice. Prior to joining Reinhart as a full-time attorney, Roeske worked as a litigation law clerk with the firm for two years. He has assisted with numerous litigation matters, including products liability and antitrust cases, along with other business litigation matters.

Roeske earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, his Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute and his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa.

Jeunesse M. Rutledge is an attorney in Reinhart's Litigation Practice. Rutledge was a Reinhart summer associate in 2015. Prior to joining Reinhart as a full-time associate, she also spent eight months as a law clerk in the firm's Litigation Practice. While attending law school, Rutledge was a student attorney with both the Wisconsin Restorative Justice Project and the Criminal Appeals Project at the Frank J. Remington Center. Her work included reviewing court transcripts and pre-sentence investigations, drafting post-conviction motions and briefs, and arguing post-conviction hearings.

Rutledge earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.

Sarah Sargent is an attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice. Sargent was a Reinhart summer associate in 2015. White attending law school, she was a research assistant for Professor Ann Estin and Dean Adrien Wing. Sargent provided research updates on statutes, federal regulations and international treaties, and prepared memoranda on international family law issues. Additionally, she was an intern with the Iowa State Public Defender's Office.

Sargent earned her J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Christopher K. Schuele is an attorney in Reinhart's Labor and Employment Practice. Schuele was a Reinhart summer associate in 2015. During law school, he was a judicial intern for the late Justice N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where he conducted research and drafted bench memoranda. Schuele was also a legal intern for Kohl's Department Stores, where he conducted competitive research, updated disclaimers, and reviewed and edited contracts, vendor documents and third-party licensing agreements.

He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Boston College.

Madison

Monica A. Mark is an attorney in Reinhart's Litigation Practice. Prior to joining Reinhart, she held a clerkship for two years with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and a clerkship for one year with the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mark brings experience in judiciary matters, including her involvement with cases at all stages of litigation.

Mark earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School (Order of the Coif) and her B.A. from Yale University.

Rockford

John J. Whelan is an attorney in Reinhart's Intellectual Property Practice. Whelan assists with a broad range of Intellectual Property matters.

Whelan earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Iowa.
