Reinhart Welcomes Patent Attorney Timothy P. Naill

ROCKFORD – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces the addition of registered patent attorney Timothy P. Naill to the firm's Rockford office and Intellectual Property Practice.

Naill assists clients with the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. His background includes working as a litigator in Illinois and more than a decade of general practice experience, including civil litigation and administrative law matters.

Prior to his legal career, Naill spent more than twenty years as a U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer, including tours deployed at sea as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Gas Turbine Main Propulsion Officer and Operations Officer. In his final tour of duty in 2009, he served as an Operations Officer in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Naill earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northern Illinois College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Illinois. He is also a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.
