MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announced that seven of the firm's attorneys have been named shareholders.

Jeremy R. Bridge is a shareholder and registered patent attorney in Reinhart's Intellectual Property Practice and is based in the firm's Rockford office. Bridge's background in mechanical engineering allows him to understand the special intellectual needs and challenges of clients that produce consumer and industrial products. Bridge drafts and prosecutes patent applications. He counsels clients regarding the scope of their own patents and the potential infringement of their patents by third parties as well as the scope, coverage and validity of competitor patent portfolios. Bridge assists clients in licensing their own and third party intellectual property. He has worked in a wide range of industries on a variety of products, including paper converting and handling equipment, fluid filtration equipment, packaging products, scuba equipment, tents, marine electronics, hand tools, heat exchangers, fuel pumps, engine intake and exhaust systems, HVAC systems, appliance and climate controls, bearing systems, fluid storage devices, food processing equipment and methods, and methods of manufacture.

Bridge earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law and his B.S.M.E., with highest honors, from the University of Illinois-College of Engineering.

Richard W. Donner is a shareholder in Reinhart's Real Estate Practice and is based in the firm's Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on government relations, zoning, land use, property tax, eminent domain and other aspects of real estate development. He represents local, regional and national developers, as well as owners, lenders, borrowers, municipalities, and individuals. Donner is co-author of the State Bar of Wisconsin publication, Condemnation Law and Practice in Wisconsin, and regularly speaks to real estate professionals, students and trade organizations on a range of real estate-related topics.

Donner earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Rebecca E. Greene is a shareholder in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice and is based in Reinhart's Milwaukee office. Greene counsels a wide variety of corporate and multiemployer plan clients on every aspect of plan design and administration for retirement plans, health benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. She also advises plan fiduciaries on corporate governance issues and fiduciary compliance under both federal and state law.

Greene earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A., with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas.

Robert W. Habich, based in Reinhart's Waukesha office, is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate Practice. He serves a wide range of clients including property developers, commercial and industrial landlords/tenants, lenders and individual and corporate investors, whom he counsels on commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial and industrial leases, real estate financing, real estate development, zoning issues and a broad spectrum of other real estate issues. Habich regularly speaks on a variety of real estate topics and has authored or co-authored a number of State Bar and trade journal publications.

Habich earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jessica King is a shareholder in the firm's Trusts and Estates and International Practices. She is based in Reinhart's Milwaukee office and serves the estate planning needs of closely held business owners, executives and professionals. King advises clients on basic estate planning, business succession planning, estate planning for non-U.S. citizens, estate, gift and generation-skipping tax issues, prenuptial agreements, and estate and trust administration. King's practice also focuses on tax-exempt organizations, as she advises clients on the formation, administration and legal issues relating to private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations. She is a co-author of the Wisconsin Probate System Forms and Procedures Handbook, published by the Wisconsin State Bar.

King earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her M.L., from the University of Lund-Law School in Sweden.

Adam R. Konrad is a shareholder in Reinhart's Business Law, International and Tax Practices. Based in the firm's Milwaukee office, he advises foreign and domestic companies, private equity investors and entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries on mergers and acquisitions and international tax matters. As part of a Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship, Konrad also interned with the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern/German Federal Central Tax Office and the Berlin offices of a large international law firm. He is proficient in German.

Konrad earned his J.D./LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Cornell Law School and his B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Justin F. Oeth, based in Reinhart's Madison office, is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate Practice. Oeth serves a broad range of clients, including real estate developers and investors, national retailers, financial institutions, health care organizations, commercial landlords and tenants and other businesses with real estate interests. His practice primarily focuses on leasing, new markets tax credit transactions, construction, sales and acquisitions, financing and other aspects of real estate development. Oeth worked for the United States Attorney's Office and the Ohio State Legal Services Association in Columbus while earning his law degree. He has presented on multiple real estate topics to professional audiences and contributed to several State Bar of Wisconsin publications.

Oeth earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Law School and his B.B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
