MILWAUKEE – Eleven associates have joined Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart). Nine are located in Reinhart's Milwaukee office, one in the firm's Madison office and one in the firm's Rockford office.

Milwaukee Office:

Kelsey L. Berns is an associate in Reinhart's Trusts and Estates Practice. She assists with a variety of Trusts and Estates matters. Berns is a member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Berns earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Andrea M. Davenport is an associate in Reinhart's Litigation Practice. She was a Reinhart summer associate in 2013. While attending law school, Davenport was a member of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board, where she both competed and coached. She also interned with the Wisconsin Department of Justice's Civil Litigation Unit. Davenport earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bradley M. Dennis is an associate in Reinhart's Health Care Practice and a member of the Hospitals and Health Systems group. Dennis works with health care clients on a broad spectrum of regulatory, transactional and compliance-related matters, including HIPAA compliance, medical staff issues, and the design and implementation of financial assistance programs. While attending law school, Dennis completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Chief Judge William Conley at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to law school, Dennis worked for the State of Michigan focusing on business licensing and regulatory matters. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. from Michigan State University.

John A. Kramp is an associate in Reinhart's Health Care Practice and a member of the firm's Long-Term Care Facilities, Assisted Living and Senior Housing Service Group. His experience includes clerking at a Wisconsin business law firm, and researching and analyzing a variety of health law and corporate law issues. Kramp is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and his B.A. from Miami University.

John T. (Jack) Murphy is an associate in Reinhart's Business Law Practice. He was a Reinhart summer associate in 2013. While attending law school, he worked for two years for the Dean of Marquette University Law School, Joseph D. Kearney, as a research assistant. Murphy earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Katherine M. O'Malley is an associate in Reinhart's Business Reorganization Practice. O'Malley's experience includes judicial internships with the Honorable Susan V. Kelley at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Honorable Patience D. Roggensack at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Additionally, O'Malley was a Reinhart summer associate in 2013. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Sarah R. Schenck is an associate in Reinhart's Real Estate Practice. Schenck was a Reinhart summer associate in 2013. During law school, Schenck developed curriculum for the first-year legal writing program and taught the first-year legal writing course for three years. Schenck earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A., with high honors, from Emory University.

Michael T. Solberg is an associate in Reinhart's Employee Benefits Practice. Prior to joining Reinhart, Solberg was a law clerk for the Honorable David T. Prosser, Jr. Solberg earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School (Order of the Coif) and his B.S., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Adam J. Spector is an associate in Reinhart's Business Law Practice. Spector's practice focuses on advising clients on transactional matters, including commercial agreements, mergers and acquisitions, private placements of securities, securities law disclosure, and compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Reinhart, Spector was an associate at a Chicago-based law firm where he advised clients on corporate, securities, financial services and other transactional matters. Before attending law school, Adam worked at a global financial institution where he served private equity firms, hedge funds and family offices. Spector earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law and his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Madison Office:

Jarod L. Ferch is an associate in Reinhart's Health Care Practice and a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care group. Ferch works with hospices across the country on a range of hospice-related regulatory, compliance and business matters. Ferch also helps hospices in reviewing contracts with nursing homes, hospitals, physicians and other vendors. Ferch earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Wisconsin Lutheran College.

Rockford Office:

Andrew J. Doyle is a patent attorney in Reinhart's Intellectual Property Practice and a member of the firm's Patent Prosecution group. His experience includes all phases of patent prosecution including drafting the specification and claims, responding to office actions and negotiating claim scope in Examiner interviews. Doyle is a member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School and his B.S.E.E. and M.E. from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo.
