MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces that Bruce T. Block and Kevin J. Howley have been re-elected to the firm's Board of Directors for a three-year term.

Block has been practicing law since 1979. He is a shareholder and co-chair of Reinhart's Real Estate Practice. Block's clients include private developers and investors, institutional developers and investors, lenders, municipalities and community development authorities. He has significant experience in a broad range of real estate matters including land use planning, zoning, eminent domain, historic tax credits, multiple and mixed-use ownership structures, tax incremental financing and leasing, construction and design contracts. Block's extensive contacts in both public and private sectors are key factors in his ability to navigate complex transactions to successful and creative conclusions.

Howley is a shareholder in the firm's Business Law and International Practices and a member of the firm's multidisciplinary Commercial and Competition Law Group. Howley counsels business clients from a variety of industries including financial services technology, cargo and material handling equipment, food ingredients and business service outsourcing. A significant part of Howley's practice involves advising international clients seeking to manage or acquire businesses within the United States.
