Xavier Prather Named to Lawyers of Color Hot List 2022

Milwaukee – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that attorney Xavier Prather was named to the Lawyers of Color Hot List 2022. This annual list recognizes attorneys from a variety of backgrounds who exemplify integrity, high achievement, leadership and a passion for diversity.

Xavier is an attorney in Reinhart’s Employee Benefits Practice and a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Group and Institutional Investor Services Practice. He works with Taft-Hartley multiemployer, corporate and government pension benefit plan sponsors on a variety of legal issues, including cybersecurity compliance and data-privacy-related incidents. He is also an ambassador for the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. In addition to producing events, conferences, and publications, including Power Issue, Caucus Issue, Hot List and Legal Diversity Issue, they collaborate with media organizations to publish reports and studies like Why Black Lawyers Matter, which appeared in The Guardian. To help amplify the voices of minorities in the legal profession, they conduct opinion writing workshops for attorneys and assist with op-ed placement.
