The Wisconsin Labor Standards Bureau is in the process of reviewing Wisconsin's wage and hour statutes and regulations. The purpose of the review is to consider changing various Wisconsin wage and hour laws to conform to federal wage and hour laws. In their current form, many of Wisconsin's wage and hour laws are less employer-friendly than federal laws.

The Labor Standards Bureau is accepting comments on Wisconsin's wage and hour statutes and regulations. If you would like assistance in providing comments to the Labor Standards Bureau, please contact your Reinhart attorney or any member of Reinhart's Labor and Employment Group.
