Tomás Clasen Speaks at URBANO 2026 Conference

Shareholder Tomás Clasen was a featured speaker at URBANO 2026, held March 24 at the Potawatomi Conference Center in Milwaukee.

Hosted by Hispanic Collaborative, the URBANO Conference, now in its fifth year, unites a diverse cross-section of real estate professionals, civic leaders and emerging developers to collaborate on how development unlocks economic mobility and transforms neighborhoods. This year’s conference focused on major land transitions and the next generation of developers.

Clasen is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice. He counsels clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including purchasing and sales, leasing, entitlements, construction law, tax incremental financing and conventional financing. He has extensive experience working with municipalities on land use entitlements and zoning issues.
