MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that attorney Tomás Clasen has been elected Vice President of the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association (WHLA). Clasen previously served on the WHLA board as a Board Member.

Clasen is an attorney in Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice, where he counsels clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including purchasing and sales, leasing, entitlements, construction law, tax incremental financing and conventional financing. He has extensive experience working with municipalities on land use entitlements and zoning issues.

In addition to his new role as WHLA Vice President, Clasen serves on the boards of several local education organizations, reflecting his dedication to improving educational opportunities for all.

About the Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association

The Wisconsin Hispanic Lawyers Association (WHLA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the professional development of Hispanic attorneys throughout Wisconsin. The WHLA also works to improve the delivery of legal services to the Hispanic community and to advocate for the interests of Hispanic lawyers in the state.
