Shareholder Kevin Ramakrishna Joins Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice

MADISON – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Kevin Ramakrishna has joined Reinhart’s Real Estate Practice as a shareholder in the firm’s Madison office.

Ramakrishna’s knowledge of tax incremental financing, land use and public works, along with his extensive background in municipal real estate, enables him to provide innovative counsel to municipalities and private/public partnerships, particularly in the redevelopment of public property into mixed use developments. His ability to efficiently accomplish projects relies on the application of creative solutions coupled with clear, effective communication that supports effective collaboration with his clients.

Prior to joining Reinhart, Ramakrishna was an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Madison Attorney’s Office, where he was lead counsel for multiple economic development projects; transactional attorney for the City of Madison’s Economic Development Division, Finance Department and Community Development Authority; and issuers counsel for municipal debt issuances for the City of Madison, Sewer Utility, Water Utility and Community Development Authority.
