Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) Shareholder Brittany Lopez Naleid recently sat down with Wisconsin Public Radio to discuss COVID-19 vaccinations in the workplace. With the vaccine continuing its rollout statewide, Brittany provides insight on how employers can talk about the vaccine with their staff and whether vaccinations can or should be a job requirement.

Brittany is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practices where she assists clients in prosecuting and defending legal claims in administrative proceedings, state and federal court and through arbitration. She works with employers on a variety of claims, including employment discrimination and retaliation, occupational safety, wrongful termination, harassment cases and shareholder disputes. She also provides counsel to employers on workplace-related issues and drafts employment agreements, separation agreements, non-competition agreements and other employment-related documents. In addition to her work representing employers, Brittany frequently litigates matters involving fiduciaries, beneficiaries and other parties involved in will, trust and estate-related disputes.
