Wisconsin Lawyer published the article, Navigating Probate and Trust Litigation in Wisconsin, written by attorney Shannon West, in its September issue.

In the article, West reviews the disputes that can arise with estate plans after someone dies, such as challenges to testamentary capacity, issues with a personal representative or trustee, or disputes between an estate and a third party. She advises attorneys to stay diligent and to recognize common patterns during the estate planning process.

West is a member of Reinhart’s Trusts and Estates Practice, where she represents clients in trust, estate and fiduciary litigation, including matters involving breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, fiduciary removal and defense, and construction and reformation matters. She also advises high-net-worth individuals and business owners with estate planning and tax-related needs.
