Sara Rapkin to Share Insights on Dark Store Theory with Milwaukee Bar Association

Sara Rapkin will be a featured panelist at the Milwaukee Bar Association’s “The Lights Are On: Dark Store Theory After Lowe’s v. City of Delavan” CLE-eligible event on Thursday, January 23.
