Sara McNamara to Present at TMA Milwaukee Networking Program

Attorney Sara McNamara will be a panel presenter at Turnaround Management Association’s Milwaukee Networking Program. The panel presentation, "Are Storm Clouds Looming: A Fireside Chat with the FDIC and Restructuring Practitioners," will be held on Tuesday, October 11, from 4:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m., at the Milwaukee Athletic Club and feature a discussion about the current state of banking and uncertainty surrounding the future.

Other discussion topics will include material changes to accounting standards, the effects of government stimulus, supply chain and labor issues, and ways to prepare for the rising interest rate environment.

McNamara is an attorney in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance, Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice groups. She works with a broad range of clients involved in the financial industry to provide general legal counsel in relation to corporate governance, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and purchases and finance transactions for both public and private companies, including acquisition financings, asset-based financings and mezzanine financings. She also represents clients in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, workouts, restructurings, troubled transactions, creditors’ rights, receiverships and other commercial transactions, including the sale and purchase of distressed businesses.
