Rob Misey Leads Global Panel on Ownership Transparency for ABA International Law Section

Rob Misey moderated a panel for the American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section titled “Now They See You: Recent Developments in Ownership Transparency Around the World” on February 18. The panelists, from the EU to South America to Manhattan, discussed beneficial ownership definitions, reporting rules and corporate transparency regulations.

Misey is a shareholder in Reinhart's Tax and Corporate Law Practices as well as chair of the firm's International Practice. He serves a wide range of clients involved in an array of industries such as manufacturing, distribution, securities, sport and entertainment with international taxation and tax controversy matters. He is current Senior Advisor to the ABA International Tax Committee.
