Shareholder Rick Donner’s article, “What’s new in Wisconsin TIF: Key changes under Acts 173 and 235” was featured online in Midwest Real Estate News, a well-established, regional commercial real estate publication.

In it, Donner reviews updates to Wisconsin’s tax incremental financing (TIF) through two news laws (Acts 173 and 235) and how they could impact future development projects. He urges developers, municipalities and other stakeholders to evaluate how these changes could affect their current and upcoming development plans.
