Reinhart’s Eric Hagemeier to Co-chair Corporate Law Practice

Milwaukee – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that Eric P. Hagemeier has been named co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice, effective January 1, 2023.

Hagemeier, a former CPA, uses his financial background and keen business sense to help clients make crucial strategic decisions. His extensive experience in business and transactional matters allows him to provide insightful counsel on various financial aspects of capital raising, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He is also a member of the securities and private equity teams. In addition to transactional work, he guides public companies on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, and private companies in compliance with various securities and corporate governance matters.
