Reinhart Welcomes Two New Attorneys to Madison Office

MILWAUKEE – Attorneys Erin Burns and David Palay have joined Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. in its Madison office.

Erin E. Burns is an attorney in Reinhart’s Health Care Practice. Her work focuses on helping health care providers navigate the intricacies of health care law. She has experience working on multiple business transactions and operations transfers, compliance and improvement efforts, as well as responding to enforcement actions. Burns also represents individuals, small businesses and corporations in litigation matters ranging from landlord-tenant issues to commercial and contract disputes.

Burns earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

David G. Palay is an attorney in Reinhart’s Litigation Practice. He represents individuals, private equity firms and operating companies in complex commercial disputes, white collar criminal defense and a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. He also counsels individuals pro bono in a range of matters. Prior to joining Reinhart, Palay worked at an Am Law 100 firm in Chicago and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Palay earned his J.D., with Honors, from The University of Chicago Law School.
