Reinhart Welcomes Shareholder Steven W. Martin

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) welcomes shareholder Steven W. Martin to the firm's Litigation Practice. He is also a member of the firm's Business Law and Real Estate Practice areas.

Martin's practice includes all areas of corporate law as well as construction, real estate, title insurance, and fidelity and surety. He is general counsel to a national trade association and counsels the trade association on antitrust and other corporate matters. Martin also has represented insurance carriers in such matters as formation of subsidiaries, contract matters and acquisitions, and has experience representing banks and borrowers in commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Reinhart, Martin was a shareholder with CMT Legal Group, Ltd., the firm he founded in January 2000. Before forming CMT, he was a partner with a major Chicago law firm in its Milwaukee office. Martin earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A. from the University of Illinois.
