MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) welcomes two new attorneys to the firm's Litigation Practice. Malinda J. Eskra is based in Reinhart's Milwaukee office and Shawn E. Lovell is based in the firm's Madison office.

Eskra's background includes eight years working with the judiciary, in both the state appellate court and federal district court. Prior to joining Reinhart, she spent six years as a law clerk for the Honorable Kitty K. Brennan at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, District 1. Eskra also served a two-year term as a law clerk to the Honorable William E. Callahan, Jr., at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Eskra earned her J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and her B.A., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Lovell's experience includes serving as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps for more than four and a half years, both as a criminal defense counsel and legal assistance attorney. Prior to his service in the Marine Corps, Lovell served as an appointed special prosecutor at the Walworth County District Attorney's Office, and was a legal intern for the United States Attorney's Office in the Western District of Wisconsin.

Lovell earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton.
