Reinhart Welcomes Intellectual Property Attorney Heidi Thole

MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) welcomes attorney Heidi R. Thole to the firm's Intellectual Property Practice. Thole advises clients ranging from start-ups to established businesses on a broad spectrum of intellectual property, media, and technology matters.

Her intellectual property experience includes: trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement; intellectual property licenses and agreements; media and entertainment licenses and agreements, including sponsorship agreements; advertising law; copyright registration and enforcement; and internet and e-commerce issues and domain name disputes.

Thole earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
