MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce that eight new attorneys have joined its Milwaukee and Madison offices, further strengthening the firm across key practice areas.

Andre Antreassian is an attorney in Reinhart's Tax and Corporate Law practices in Milwaukee, where he develops innovative, yet practical strategies that achieve strong results for clients. Drawing on his accounting background, Antreassian provides careful analysis and diligent attention to complex tax compliance issues. He adapts quickly to evolving client needs, offering counsel on M&A transactions, tax planning strategies and defending clients against IRS challenges. Antreassian earned his J.D., cum laude, from Marquette University Law School.
Lauren Backhaus is an intellectual property attorney at Reinhart in Milwaukee, guiding clients through the development and enforcement of their intellectual property assets. She manages a wide range of patent and patent application processes, from initial filing to issuance, including handling USPTO office actions. Her extensive technical engineering background in industrial automation, combined with her experience in the defense industry, helps her navigate complex technical patent matters with precision. Backhaus earned her J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Phil Fons, an attorney in Reinhart's Litigation and Tax practices in Milwaukee, combines dedication to his clients’ interests with a results-driven approach to resolving complex disputes.
