Reinhart Welcomes Attorney Joseph D. Shumow

MADISON – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) welcomes attorney Joseph D. Shumow to the firm's Real Estate practice.

Prior to joining Reinhart, Shumow was the senior staff counsel for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA). In that role, he led real estate financing closings on behalf of WHEDA; worked on general corporate and commercial contracting matters; and coordinated closings for low-income housing tax credit and new markets tax credit investors who were investing in companies that received tax credit allocations from WHEDA or one of its subsidiaries.

Shumow's experience also includes working with an international law firm in its Madison office. He earned his J.D. from Washington University Law School and his B.B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
