MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce the addition of 10 associates who have joined the Milwaukee office. Reagan Joy and Nicholas Becher join the Intellectual Property Practice, Kyle J. ClarkJordan Jozwik and Jack Brooks join the Corporate Law Practice, Robert A. Ernest joins the Real Estate Practice, Angela Flor Feliciano joins the Banking and Finance Law Practice, Joshua H. Hernandez and Xavier E. Prather join the Employee Benefits Practice and Samuel C. Sylvan joins the Litigation Practice.

Nick Becher is member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, providing clients with insightful patent and trademark counseling. Nick’s clients benefit from his detail-oriented, timely and inquisitive nature. His intellectual curiosity enables him to grasp the unique attributes of each client’s business and his background in physics gives him in-depth technical expertise in various fields such as electronics, optics, mechanics and computer science. Nick graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Jack Brooks is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice, where he performs due diligence and compliance research for consumer finance and private equity clients. His tailored approach to clients’ business objectives enables him to consistently provide strategic and well-informed counsel while helping develop constructive solutions to legal challenges. Jack graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Kyle Clark is a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice, where he drafts ancillary agreements and performs due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. His ability to address complex problems, understand strategic objectives and help clients come away from a transaction satisfied stems from his appreciation for the way business works. Kyle’s client-centric approach involves close collaboration to deliver exceptional results. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review.

Rob Ernest is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice, where he invests fully in the success of his clients by taking the time to understand their individual goals and business aspirations. He takes great satisfaction in the practice of real estate law because it involves adding value to things bigger than himself. Rob graduated summa cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where he served as associate editor of the Marquette Law Review and earned four CALI Awards.

Angela Feliciano is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance Law Practice, where she assists clients, borrowers and lenders on transactions that range in complexity. Angela understands that each client’s situation is different and applies critical listening to inform creative solutions. In her work with borrowers and lenders, Angela draws upon fluency in both sides of a transaction to help with deal negotiations. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she earned three CALI Awards.

Josh Hernandez is a member of the firm’s Employee Benefits Practice, where he works closely with clients to understand their objectives and help them make the most informed decisions possible. Josh works with Taft-Hartley multiemployer, corporate, and government benefit plan sponsors on a variety of issues, including compliance and administration. His adaptability and attention to detail help reach creative and effective outcomes for his clients. Josh graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where he was business editor of the Marquette Law Review and a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review.

Reagan Joy is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, where she focuses on assisting clients with patent and trademark prosecution. Reagan works closely with her clients to identify their business objectives and helps translate them into efficiently actionable results. She graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with a Law Technology and the Arts Concentration (Patent Law), and served as executive symposium editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.

Jordan Jozwik is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice, where she counsels clients through mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and entity formation. As a member of the firm’s Data Privacy and Cybersecurity and Consumer Finance teams, she also focuses on national compliance matters in both practices, offering policy and form drafting as well as general compliance guidance. Jordan believes adaptability is critical to success and carefully tailors her approach to each client’s situation. She graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School, where she earned nine CALI Awards.

Xavier Prather rejoins the firm as a member of its Employee Benefits Practice and Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Group. He works with Taft-Hartley multiemployer, corporate and government pension benefit plan sponsors on a variety of issues, including cybersecurity compliance and data-privacy-related incidents. Xavier is also a member of the firm’s Institutional Investor Services Practice, advising public pension fund clients on fiduciary, investment and governance matters. He graduated from Marquette University Law School, where he served as articles editor of the Marquette Sports Law Review.

Sam Sylvan is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice, where he researches complex and nuanced legal issues, applies critical thinking to gain strategic insight into many industries, and prides himself on being meticulous, pragmatic and efficient in his work. He leverages his practical knowledge of clients’ industries, services and products to better represent those involved in a wide range of disputes. Sam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School (Order of the Coif).
